M.S. Employment Consultants Ltd. (MSEC Ltd.) established in May 1981 has served the Nursing needs of various Metro Toronto hospitals. During our 42 years of continuous operation, we adapted to the fluctuating requirements of the healthcare community.

We have the capability to respond to the changing hospital staffing demands as dictated by budget shortfalls and other factors.

Initially we began as a nursing supplier to General Hospitals and later focused on Mental Health and Addictions.

Over the years,  we were able to establish a reputation for prompt, professional, and courteous nursing service provider. Part of our mission is to provide a positive and safe environment for nurses to practice and grow in their profession.
